Meet the Founder Meet Diamond Young, the visionary behind BLK Directory. With degrees in both BS and MBA from North Carolina A&T State University, she's a proud advocate for education and growth. Recognized in the HBCU Buzz 30 Under 30 class of 2022 and a Forbes BLK community member, Diamond, a Digital Marketing Consultant, DEI Advocate, and Podcast Instructor, identified a crucial gap in black-owned businesses during her stint with Twitter in the San Francisco Bay Area.
