Chef Keisha Griggs brings her Trinidadian roots and culinary expertise to Ate Kitchen, which offers contemporary Caribbean-inspired cuisine. Fusing Griggs’ Trinidadian heritage with French, African, Indian and Latin influences, the menu offers favorites like curry chicken, doubles, jerk chicken flavorful stews and more. Chef Griggs launched Ate Kitchen originally located In an Indiscrete space nestled In the heart of Montrose in 2017 as part of her catering company, Bocage Catering. A Year later she added her concept to Politan Row in Rice Village and currently Ate Kitchen is in construction and will be located in Eado (East End downtown Houston) opening early 2023
