"We served our first meal out of a food trailer in June 2019. The city of Houston responded really well to our food and very soon people were lining up to get their hands on our Hot Chicken. Our small white trailer became so popular, so quickly, that we signed a lease on a brick and mortar just six months after we first opened our window to the public.
