Melanated Yoga & Fitness Fusion Fest

Welcome to the final stop of the Melanated Yoga Pop-up Tour! This session will be special because we're adding a fitness component. Come join BLK Directory Inc., Yoga Instructor, Nakia Foster, and Fitness Instructor, Fine Tuuned, on Oct 29th for our fitness & yoga event.

Here we will give black people a space to:

• Network and build community
• Release stress, tension, and anxiety
• Create habits of health and wellness

You will have an opportunity to start your journey to feeling more stress-free. This will be an opportunity that you don’t want to miss! So grab your yoga mat and meet us at 5708 N Shepherd Dr. Ste C-5B. There is free parking right in front of the building. If you need additional parking, there is a nearby lot right around the corner towards Main Street (N Shepherd Dr).

Other things you should know:

• Water will be provided along with light refreshments
• Complimentary alcoholic beverage provided by Franny's Bartending
• Everyone will receive a giveaway bag
• We will be highlighting black business vendors at this event #buyblack #supportblackownedbusiness

Session Details

The session will be beginner-friendly and all levels are welcome.

Each class will consist of a 45-min practice to help set the foundation for a consistent yoga & fitness practice. There will be a 30-min mixer to follow where everyone will have an opportunity to shop with black-owned businesses.

Attendees will receive complimentary alcoholic beverages, refreshments, and special giveaways. This class is great for beginners and anyone wanting to practice mindful movement.

This event is for adult men + women 21+.
