Melanated Yoga Experience | Pop-Up Tour | Houston, TX

Welcome to the first stop of the Melanated Yoga Pop-up Tour!!! Come join BLK Directory Inc on June 10th for our yoga event. Here we will give black people a space to:

• Network and build community
• Release stress, tension, and anxiety
• Create habits of health and wellness

You will have an opportunity to start your journey to feeling more stress-free. This will be an opportunity that you don’t want to miss! So grab your yoga mat and meet us at 5708 N Shepherd Dr. Ste C-5B. There is free parking right in front of the building. If you’re needing additional parking, there is a nearby lot right around the corner towards Main Street (N Shepherd Dr).

Other things you should know:

• Water will be provided along with light refreshments
• Everyone will receive a giveaway bag

Session Details

The session will be beginner-friendly and all levels are welcome.

This class is a 45 min-1hr practice to help set the foundation for consistent yoga practice and then a 30-min mixer to follow. First, we will practice breathing techniques to help ease the mind and calm the body. Our flow will focus on building strength, flexibility, and awareness with some foundation yoga poses. This class is great for beginners and anyone wanting to practice mindful movement.

This event is for adult men + women 21+.

No tickets will be sold at the door.
